The City of Wolverhampton
Choir are seeking to appoint a musically accomplished individual with
experience of choral music as our new Musical Director. The post has
unexpectedly become available and so we are looking to appoint someone as soon
as possible.
The membership of the choir
ranges from young adults to senior citizens and currently numbers 40. We meet
to rehearse on Mondays at Cranmer Methodist Church in Wolverhampton from 7.30 to
9.30 pm.
The choir aims to perform
four concerts per year encompassing a wide range of musical styles and genres,
please look at the Past page for information about previous performances. We enjoy
developing our repertoire and like to work with a director with the ability to deliver
exciting and enjoyable rehearsals and performances.
The musical director will
work closely with the choir committee in determining the future of the choir and
future programmes.
